Returns - Scraffs Happiness Guarantee

At Scraffs, your happiness and customer experience is very important to me. I really want you to be happy with your purchase and to this end will always try to ensure that your purchase reaches you in impeccable order. Should you have any problems at all, please do not hesitate to get in touch. We can be reached at splendid@scraffs.com or contact me through Instagram (@scraffs) and I will always try to get back to you within 48 hours.

If you are not happy with your purchase, I can offer a full refund or exchange as long as your purchase is returned to me within 14 days, unworn and in the original packaging. Please do notify me of your intention to return the item in advance.

Please note that returns are not accepted on earrings (unless faulty) for hygiene reasons. 

Once received, and assuming the item is in the condition in which it was sent to you, I will of course offer a full refund (minus shipping charges if outside the UK). Your money will be refunded to you within 3-5 business days, via your original method of payment. Please do make allowances for processing time within your own bank or building society.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but a mm exchange can be offered.

Exchanges (if applicable)
I am happy to offer exchanges (with the exception of earrings), if an item is the wrong size or not quite what you were looking for. just send me an email at scraffsteam@gmail.com or contact me via Instagram (@scraffs).

Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: Scraffs, 38 Station Road, Cogenhoe, Northants, NN7 1LU. The customs ia responsible for return shipping costs. It is worth considering using a tracked and signed for service in order to ensure it reaches me safely.
