This piece leans more into the traditional Herkimer formation, with a clear double terminated shape visible through the stone. It has that signature salt and pepper detail, with a soft, understated sparkle that catches in the light without ever feeling overly polished.
The crystal is left raw and set in a smooth sterling silver bezel, finished with a beaded edge that frames the stone and gives it a bit more presence on the hand. It’s a slightly more elongated shape than some of the others in the collection, which gives it that subtle “tower” feel when worn.
As with all raw Herkimer crystals, there are natural crevices and indentations within the stone. You’ll notice a more defined indentation at one end — this isn’t damage or a chip, but part of the crystal’s natural formation and one of the things that makes each piece completely individual.
Herkimer diamonds are naturally formed double-terminated quartz crystals, traditionally sourced from the Herkimer region in New York. They’re often chosen as a more organic, lower-impact alternative to traditional diamonds, with each stone entirely one of a kind.
